Day 2 of pain
Oh my god so much pain. I couldn't move last night I was so sore. I didn't realize I worked out that hard. I thought I had it easy. Unfortunately my body did not agree. I cannot lift my left arm over my head so much soreness. I went to sleep at midnight then woke up at 1:30 in so much pain I could not sleep. Finally at 3 am I went to sleep. Man I have never been taht sore.
Today I did legs. It is hard to deceide on what I need to do. Well in the first few weeks I am just going to fill it out. I also did 22 minutes on the eliptical machine. Good stuff really. I was in pain doing that too, but I went through it. Just a little back pain, I feel better now. Upper body is still sore. Man I thought I didn't work my chest at all. Well my chest isn't that sore. I wonder how sore my legs are going to be in 2 hours when I wake up in pain agian ;).
Well eating I did ok I guess. Well actually I did pretty bad. Not horribly bad, but when you work out it is hard not to eat more. Technically not more than I usually eat though. I am a big guy who needs 3000 calories so I should be fine. Don't think I ate that many calories.
